We provide a fast and efficient delivery services across our full product catalogue.

Once you place your order our team will pick and pack your products ready for delivery. All delivery costs are calculated at the checkout.

We use a combination of in-house delivery vehicles and courier services depending on the type of products your are ordering.

Our standard delivery options available through our website are for England & Wales only.

We DO deliver to Scotland & Northern Ireland however you will need to contact us for delivery pricing to these areas.

We DO NOT deliver to these islands that are difficult to reach:

Outer Hebrides
Isles of Scilly
The Orkney Islands

Delivery Costs

Our Deliveries are split into 2 categories Oversized & Requiring Pallet & Parcels

Oversized or Requiring Pallet

Our standard delivery cost for orders requiring a pallet are £30 +vat

Our standard delivery time for pallet delivery if the items are in stock is 2 – 4 working days.

We offer a free delivery service on all pallet orders over £250

Measuring 2400 x 1200 as this is a double pallet option and the price for delivery is £100.

Parcels

Please find a full list of all products that fall into the Parcels category.

Our standard delivery cost for orders requiring a parcel are £9.99 +vat.

If you order over a certain amount of ‘Parcel’ items you would be automatically upgraded to a pallet and this will be reflected in the price at the checkout.

Our standard delivery time for parcel delivery if the items are in stock is 2 – 4 working days.

We offer a free delivery service on all parcel orders over £250

Order Processing

Once your order is placed our team will process your order for delivery between 9am & 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm or over the weekend will be processed the next working day.

Once your items have been picked and packed we will notify you via email your exact delivery date.

We always try to deliver your items undamaged and in a timely fashion, however if we encounter any issues we will let you know and assist you in any way we can.

How do I collect my Click & Collect products order at the store?

Once you arrive please proceed to the collection area and head into our reception.

What do I need to bring with me when collecting my Click & Collect order at the warehouse?

Please bring your mobile device with your order number and email address.

What will happen if I don't arrive on time for my Click & Collect order?

Your order will be safe and secure until you are able to collect. If you know you are unable to collect for whatever reason if you could let us know that would be much appreciated.

What will happen if I don't collect my order?

If you have not collected your order within 3 days your order will still be safe however it would be moved from our collection stand. You will have to let us know when you will be available for collection so we can get your products ready for you again.

What is the latest time I can place, amend or cancel my Click and Collect order?
